Large size butt fusion machine adopts hydraulic drive to realize the automatic opening and closing of clamp, hydraulic locking system, smart design facer, self-jump heater and remote operation box. All these guarantee safe and easy operation during the construction. This butt fusion welding machine is equipped with crane to lift up the heater and hydraulic unit together with the base machine. The heater coated with Teflon can guarantee high-quality fusion. Our large size butt fusion machines possess temperature controller on operation panel which can control the temperature precisely. Storage shelf with wheels makes it easy to move the heater. This type of butt fusion welding machine has a good price ratio.
