Description:
Transition fittings are designed to transition steel pipes to polyethylene pipes. They can be disassembled into three parts and come with a sealing gasket. Made of cast iron, PE-steel transition fitting is often used to convey combustible gases, water and other fluids under pressure. It is typically applicable for natural gas distribution, LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and propane gas distribution, and yard gas systems. Transition fittings consist of a polyethylene stub pipe and a galvanized steel stub pipe with a welding end. Due to the practical, reliable and distinctive features, Songjiang PE-steel transition fitting has gained the national patent. It can be used for 50 years for its thick metal pipe and high-quality PBE coating. We designed transition fittings in embedding style. This style provides the fitting with enough magnitude of interference, which not only makes the interface get better air tightness, but also prevents it from putting off and bending. The caliber of the largest ones we produce is up to 450mm.
